If you wish to return an item:

•   Include your Order ID, a photo of the product, and a short note explaining your concern.
•  Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
 Refund Policy
•    Once your return is approved, we will arrange free return shipping at our cost.
•    A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after the item is received              and processed.
•    Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your            bank or card provider.
Important Notes
•    Only items purchased directly from Waterfilterhaven.com are eligible for returns.
•    Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
•    We do not charge restocking fees—your refund will always be for the full product                    amount.
